SHIPMENTS: The prices of our store are with VAT included, which is currently 21%. All our shipments are free from 50.00 € of purchase for shipments within the Iberian Peninsula, for lower orders the transport costs will be only € 7.90.

For shipments to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands please consult the shipping costs since it will always depend on the volume and weight of your order, we will also deduct the 21% VAT from your purchase since you are exempt from it. All orders can be sent anywhere in the world. Consult without commitment the cost of shipping to your country. The delivery will be made in 24, 48 or 72 hours.

There are times depending on the delivery area our transport agency delivers in 24 hours. If you would like your order in 24 hours please inform us when placing your order, we will do everything possible to meet you if you can not because there are small towns in Spain where transportation does not pass daily we would notify you.

Keep in mind that the delivery times are computed on working days (Monday to Friday) and that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

In addition, if the chosen form of payment is a bank transfer, the order will not be sent until we have a bank confirmation of the transfer. Except for errors in our system or stock breakages, all items displayed in our store are in our warehouse, so that in the Peninsula, as long as the order is confirmed before 18:00 and unless they are made on Saturdays, Sundays or festive, in which case the order will be processed on the first working day after the day of realization. Depending on the volume of the order and the shipping area, we will choose the transport company that best suits, usually we work with DB Schenker Spain-Tir, Azkar, Seur, Mrw and Correos.

Bud Amazonia is not responsible for the delay in delivery by the transport agency responsible for the corresponding area of ​​action. Once the order is sent, we will send you an email with the order information and the shipping number with which you can follow up with the transport agency selected by us. When you receive the order you have 24 hours to check the merchandise in case it had suffered any damage in the shipment.

It is important that on the voucher that you sign the transportation agency indicate any damage that may be seen in the box or “pending review”. If you find any damage, contact us urgently to indicate the return process. These costs will be borne by Bud Amazonia, and we will send you the goods again of course without cost.

Take into account that according to the transport contract law 15/2009. Home delivery means street delivery at the indicated portal, for deliveries within the home (such as attics, backyards, basements, staircases, etc.), it must run on the recipient’s own account since the transport agencies do not They are forced to do so. In the specific case that your delivery requires to be made inside your home, let us know before placing your order since this service has an extra charge.


From the moment you receive the merchandise you will have 100 calendar days to proceed with its return, remember that you must present your proof of order and deliver the product (with its original accessories) and the packaging in perfect condition. If the return is by default in the product, Bud Amazonia is responsible for making the replacement of the product, without any expense. If the return is not by defect in the product, we will pay you the amount of it, discounting the transport cost. The payment will be made in the same way that the payment was made within a period no longer than 7 days
